Terry:
You seem like an operative from the Alabama Sports Information Department. You scour this board for any post about Bama and then you pounce in to protect what you perceive to be in Saban's best interests. I don't know whether you are on the payroll, but, you are definitely an employee/operative for Bama SID.
I am sure that you are a fine man and a great person in real life, Terry, I really do, but, I sometimes feel tired of your presence on this LSU board (I'm sure that works both ways, lots of folks get sick of me!). I can no longer stay silent in the face of your tireless PROPAGANDIZING and cheerleading on this board to protect your beloved coach.
Your overwhelming presence and role on this board as Alabama Information Dissemination Police Officer is annoying. But, bear in mind, our differences are based on our loyalties to our teams -- I reiterate that I'm confident that you are, in real life, a very good man. I just want you to know that if I snap at you, it's because of your role as Information Police Officer on this board and certainly not personal. I hope to figure out a way to chop you down on this board and end your role as Chief Propaganda Officer for the Bama Nation. I guess that I'll just have to shadow you and pounce back as much as I can until you stop being Chief Propaganda Officer for the Bama Nation (but I doubt that I have that much energy). :hihi:
I have nothing against Saban. I have said all along that he is just a QUITTER who cannot stand adversity when the chips are down -- that's why he dumped the Fins, rather than making a stand in the face of adversity. Saban seems like the kind of guy who would throw his weapon down and run, if placed in a combat situation -- he is a completely self-centered Quitter. I don't hate on Saban at all -- you seem to think that I do. I have a low opinion of him, because he lacks grit, courage and toughness in the face of adversity, but, I think that he's a fine coach.
Saban did not betray LSU in any way by taking the Bama job. I don't know why some LSU fans feel that he betrayed LSU. Saban did not betray LSU when he left for the NFL.
Saban's departure from Miami to Bama had nothing to do with LSU. NOTHING. Saban acted in accordance with his character as a man . . . he coached the Fins . . . he suffered adversity only for as long as it took him to find a job back in college in which he was guaranteed NEVER to suffer adversity in the form of a losing season . . . Saban takes the new job and leaves the adversity in the rear view mirror of his Mercedes Benz SUV.
The bird sings because it is a bird. The scorpion stings because it is a scorpion. Saban runs from adversity because he is Saban.
I don't hate Bama or Bama fans, either . . . not now or in the past. Bama folks are good, honest people who are rabid fans, so, I certainly can't be upset about that. Now, I'm sure that most Bama folks will hate on me because I've said ugly things about their coach, but, I would never say these ugly, truthful things on a Bama board. I have too much respect for you and your folks for me to do that.
You already know my football thoughts about the season -- Alabama could get to the SECCG in Atlanta this December.
Which SEC game do you see Bama losing this year?
You know deep in your heart that you don't expect to lose any SEC game this year. Am I right about that?
PS Keep in mind that the only thing about you that irritates me is the "Police Officer" part of your presence here on our board. It's not personal.
