I am not a huge baseball fan, but I may get more into it. I am definately interested in what they do this year with the new coaching staff and the new philosophy. Will try to get to some games. Good post.
Hence, why Jared Bogany transferred to Arizona St., with that said, they will be monsters this year. They picked up a ton of transfers and had a talented recruiting class. I think they may be trying to buy a CWS championship.
I watched the press conference the other day and I'm truly floored at how eloquent and open CPM is especially regarding specifics with his players. It's a welcome departure from what I'm used to.
I agree Deek, I like his attitude about this team. He is slow to pat them on the back, but quick to tell the media how great they are doing considering his expectations.
I can't wait for baseball....I will be at 90% of the games at the box! Look for the pitching to be much better even though we had one guy leave! He was good but I think the exp will take over this year!
I hate to say this but I'm actually excited about the baseball team this season. It is always nice to have a new coach starting, especially a successful coach like... Mainieri... in the dugout and basketball struggling. I don't know if I'll watch any games, but I'll be rooting for them.
