1. Never could figure out why those greasy pizzas from the Pastime were/are so damned good. I guess it's the beer. I try to make it by there every time I'm in town although it ain't the same since Mr. Joe's gone.

    i ordered a pizza from there one time looking for a change from papa johns and when they got to my house it was like 45 dollars for two pizzas. :eek:

  4. They are very high but fairly good. Like several have suggested pastime would be #2
  5. I forgot to add Louisiana Pizza Kitchen. Also very pricey but I enjoy them.

  8. Which is a good place for me to ask what I wanted to, without jacking the thread, any of those places' pizzas not as good as the frozen ones you can buy today........in Baton Rouge......of course. :)

    I find it amazing how good they are today. I haven't tasted one I like better than fresh-cooked Mr. Gattis though.
