Kevin Wreiberg and the conference folks that make up the BCS control the postseason. The NCAA is scared to death to get involved and are hoping Congress forces the BCS's hand with this because the NCAA is scared that the power wielding conferences that make up the BCS will just break off and go play in and under their own system in all sports not just football.
