Pelini's past shows his schemes can and do in fact work against Top ranked teams. If Pelini gets torched against UT, I will concede defeat in this argument but until then, there is no fact that this scheme doesn't work other then just 1 game in which we came out flat and had a lot of other side problems to deal with.
But this year, we won't have the BS of some coach hiding behind his votes in the Coaches poll to drop a team like '04 Auburn down in the top 10 to assure someone else of a spot. This year, as you know, the coaches votes are public--forcing them to be honest with their picks....unlike last season when Cal and Auburn "mysteriously" got snubbed in the last poll before bowl games.
