Cal vs. Michigan is assured sell out for the rose bowl. The Rose Bowl would take Cal and then Michigan assuming it finishes 10-1 and it would be in the top 8.

If Utah finishes Top 6, or Texas for that matter, Rose Bowl dosen't have a choice in the matter.
