Beer can chicken

    I do it with a 12 oz can. I drink half, then insert the can in the bird. Mine has always gotten boiling hot. I must have a better grill.

    That said, I typically just sear the chicken on the hot side of my charcoal grill, then move it to the cool side and shut the lid. 45 min later, it is bad ass chicken.
