Best Baton Rouge Breakfast?

    We've got two get-togethers a with old friends while we are in town for Thanksgiving.

    Any suggestions?

    It's hard to screw up breakfast.

    I'm sure I'm in the minority but it's hard to beat McDonald's "Big Breakfast" in my opinion.

    Skip Breakfast and go to Mason's for Brunch.

    On Saturday and Sunday mornings Picadilly has an all you can eat breakfast. I haven't been a a couple of years but last time I went it was
    only $5.95

    Louie's Bar & Grill off campus in what we used to call Tigertown. 24 hr greasy spoon - damned good one, too.

    Barbara Bush was the one who did the quote in the sig during 1990 commencement. I was there watching a family member graduate.

    Went to Piccadilly this morning. Buffet is $6.99. Had pecan and blueberry waffles, lots of bacon and sausage, strawberries, orange juice and sweet rolls

    Brunch at the Chimes East, Boudin Omelet, Cheese Grits and a nice size Cat Head Biscuit. Sundays Fundays.
