Greaseless and Fryer is an oxymoron. There is no frying without grease. Anyone who thinks different should trade their coonass card in for a Tulane hall pass.

You could be right. I'm not sure though. A "Cajun Microwave" doesn't use "Microwaves" as in a wave that are sandwiched between radio waves and infrared radiation on the electromagnetic spectrum. :D

Truth be told, I say fuck a turkey and cook a honey-glazed ham. That's what I do. Turkey at Thanksgiving is one of the most overrated traditions. If the Pilgrims could've had Peking or Muscovy Ducks I promise they would've cooked that, among 50 other things, instead.

I also think turkey is overrated. Cured ham for holiday dinners is my favorite.

Yesterday I had both the ham and turkey although my daughter-in-law roasted the turkey. I've never had fried turkey. Sounds good.

Hospital, Nursing Home, Bingo or I'm too lazy to put the effort or time into preparing a quality meal type food........no offense though if that's your thing.

And if you're like me, I freeze some. Love it in the skillet for breakfast and cut up in chunks to put in black eye peas.
