Believe Val Demmings, Democratic Congresswoman from FL, should be added to any list. She’s a former cop which could either help or hurt the ticket, depending on which way the wind blows. What the Democratic power brokers are too stupid to figure out is that they do not need to pander to the Black, LGBT, socialist vote, but to Independents and Republicans. Through that lens Demmings’ stock rises.
Too many independents and Republicans realize that Dementia Joe is just a place holder for backdoorimg in a Vice President. Who ever they pick will greatly influence the vote. Trump team really needs to pound this fact. Heck, if I were Trump, I’d insist I debate the VP, because that is who he is really running against.
My source is not reliable but it said that Deemings and Atlanta mayor Bottoms are still on the list but considered long shots. Deemings is well thought of in Central Florida. Central Florida outside of Orlando and Tampa voted big for Trump last time.
Agree with the point that Sleepy Joe’s VP pick is critical. From what little I know of her Deemings may be the best of a bad lot. I think current Atl problems will doom Bottoms. My greatest fear is Kamala Harris. She is ambitious and very dangerous. I see HRC in her.
