I admit that I thought the Big 12 was a weaker conference than the SEC but after watching Kansas hold NC State under 60 points, I have a renewed respect.
it was a dominating performance by the Kansas defense. I do not think any other team in the NCAA could have held NC State to under 70 points last night. Way to go Jayhawks!
The game was classic example of a team with good speed and balance ... PICKING APART A BIG 12 ZONE DEE. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that zone dees are a thing of the past ... with great defenses going more to pro defensive sets and man/man because today's offenses have the upper hand. Look at that final yardage rolled up ... 653, unbeeeeeeelievable. Hey, doesn't OU play a zone defense?
