What's your favorite way to eat biscuits. It's a tie with me. I like hot biscuits with some butter and jelly on them. I also like hot biscuits with some butter and Karo syrup poured on them. I'm not a big fan of biscuits and gravy at all. I will eat them as mentioned above before I eat them with gravy. If you've never tried them with butter and Karo syrup, you need to. It is delicious.
i gotta disagree on that one. #1) i love biscuits with really chunky sausage gravy.....lots of spice (or even drowned in chili and melted cheese). #2) then probably biscuits with chili and melted cheese inside (like a sloppy joe). #3) then biscuits with sausage or ham and jelly and mayo (bacon too). then biscuits with peanut butter (melted) and jelly. #4) i have to tell you....there aren't too many ways i don't like biscuits (chicken/mayo/cranberry jelly).
If they are big enough, I'll put the bacon & eggs in between. I'm not really a fan of biscuits alone though.
That is how my grandmother and my mom fix their biscuits. I've never tried it, but they both swear by it. I prefer a good white gravy with my biscuits. I also like them with grape or strawberry jam/jelly.
Sh*! on a shingle for you. hmm not my favorite way lol. I'd prefer a BLT not a biscuit. If I have to I Like em with a lot of butter. Never understood the craze with Popeye's biscuits either. By the sound of some of these posts we may have to do a ht/wt check.
I like them with butter, jelly and a breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, ham), eaten as a sandwich. I have had biscuits with the butter & Karo syrup thing, and it's good. 6'2", 260
