I just tried to get the game at the UCLA Regional on espn 3, it told me I could not because I was in the black out area. Can someone tell my why?

Don't know why, but I'm in the same boat.

No Cox in Mississippi.

No coverage on DirecTV.

ESPN3 blacked out.

But I think we can get it here:

My guess is that any area that CAN get Cox (I could be wrong) is blacked out by Cox's request.

That has to be the reson, but there is no COX where I live
