I know there's not a chance of this happening, but after seeing Pelini getting fired up on the sidelines of Nebraska, I really wish he was still with us. I think his game plan and personality would light a fire under this defense. I think Peveto and Mallory lacking the reputation and vigor on the sidelines doesn't help this defense. A lot of people are saying Pelini was out of line, but this is the guy I want running my defense.

Dude was always fired up on the sidelines. I really like his intensity. It's probably not good for the head coach to always be sideways but some emotion is good. It's football for goodness sakes. It's an emotional game.
