agree. as much as I like peanuts of most any form, i tried to like boiled ones. cant do it. nasty to me although I wished i could have developed a taste since so many people love them. i wanted to be a follower when it came to boiled peanuts. god would just not let it happen.

Boiled peanuts is one of the worst things I have ever tasted and that was only once for a few seconds before I spit em out. Roasted goobers is King.
got my 40 qt (little) crawfish pot out a couple days ago and boiled about 10 pounds of em. I do 'em w/ crab boil. I give a bunch away to my friends who like them and freeze some. I eat about 2 # myself. I can never get enough! We are driving to Toledo Bend tomorrow for a family reunion for my father in law's family. I'm bringing a couple gallon baggies of em for the folks there. Also cooking Jambalaya for the 50 of em.
