    Anyone ever had gator boudin? I never have and got interested for the idea. Think I want to make it myself, but wondered if anyone has ever had that before?

    Actually had gator yesterday at a festival in Sacramento. Kid had a gator po boy and I had heapings of gator chunks, so the day was legit

    I couldn't agree any more. I've never made anything but my own recipe, forever. But I'm going to a coonass meet up party for holloween and if you bring a dish, the winning dish gets $200.00 and a bottle of wine. So I'm bringing boudin balls. And I want that bottle

    You could order some. There's no really great boudin in Baton Rouge but I had some recently from Best Stop in Scott, LA. Best I can remember having but there are others on this board who have their favorite places. Minimum order from Best Stop is a pound for only $5.39 plus shipping.
