maybe he should guarantee he wont pull up on catches he has a chance to make... man the announcers wouldnt let up on that...
I thought I read somewhere that they were teaching the receivers to slide into the catch as a means of handling some of G-Marcus' "hot" throws ?
yeah, our qb cant realy put touch on the ball so the receivers have to adjust... I've heard of worse problems, but it's something you'd think could have been easily remedied
I think JaMarcus is only semi at fault for the dropped passes. Some of his passes are to hard. Some of them are low & behind receivers. So what!? Other QBs throw passes like that all the time & the receivers can catch them! Even the passes thrown with "touch" aren't caught. Even the balls on target are dropped. I haven't been paying close enough attention, are our WRs still running sloppy routes? I thought their blocking had been improving this season as opposed to last season. But, hell, they are RECEIVERS - their main job is to catch the ball. We've got to get this problem fixed. If it's not penalties & turnovers stoping drives, it's dropped passes.
I'll hold him to it! :thumb: Kinda funny that we get a verbal commitment from a 3-star WR following the game. I bet he said to himself, "if they can't catch better than that, I'll be playing as a Freshman!"
