Peveto can't be replaced with a top guy in mid-season, he won't be fired. He's not the one out there failing to stay in his lane, anyway. But he has to replace the guys who are failing at their tasks. The fake punt was good and he's done that before, he's pretty good at that. I can't fail him for the kickers and punters woes. Those guys have to step up. But the big returns have got to be stopped and if Peveto can't cure this quickly, then maybe Les has to make a change after the season. Peveto also coaches the underperforming linebackers.
I'd be willing to take a week off work and drive his ass to the middle of the desert and drop him off.
