1. Tyrus Thomas, a 6'-7" second team all-state swingman from McKinley
has committed to the Tigers as per this morning's Advocate. Gee, I'm so
    excited, I could just plotz.
  2. Geez GMAN - could ya keep it down over there?????? :D
  3. He's listed at 175...For a power forward??? Is that correct?
  4. 6'7", 175 lbs.?

I didn't know that Manute Bol's son was available to us...
  5. If he gets rich in the NBA he can wear his Rolex around his waist.
  6. His coach says he may continue to grow, as he's grown from 5'-11" to 6'-7" since his sophomore year...he'll probably fill out a little once he hits a collegiate weight room. At least I hope he does, anyway...the last thing we need is another stiff that can't play sitting on the end of the bench, taking up a schollie. We've already got too many of those.

I really hope he proves me wrong, because this pickup doesn't excite me too much at all. Time will tell.
  7. Isn't a swingman usually a 2 or a 3?
  8. Very suspect pick up. I guess since we did not sign any juco's this year, we decided to steal one before he went juco. Saw him play very unimpressive. The kid from Sulphur that signed with texas tech will wind up bitting us in the butt. Fill the bench up John.

On another board it said Brady is like Milton from "Office Space" -- "got laid off 5 years ago but thru a glitch in the system still recieves a paycheck.   :dis: :dis: :dis:
  9. Anyone remember David Robinson of Navy? ;) There is always hope.
  10. More like between a 3 and a 4
