    THE WASHINGTON TIMES

President Bush, stung by the erosion of his lead over Sen. John Kerry in post debate polls, has abruptly scheduled a major speech for tomorrow in hopes of halting Mr. Kerry's momentum.

In a rare, last-minute alteration to the presidential schedule, Mr. Bush has scrapped a planned talk on medical liability and instead will give what the White House called a "significant speech" about the two central issues of the campaign — the war on terrorism and the economy.

The president is said to be eager to rebut Mr. Kerry's attacks on such issues, especially those that came during Thursday's presidential debate.

That loser failed his test in the Thursday night debate, so wants a mulligan (except without his opponent there to kick his ass again.)

George, we already know you're good at rote repetition. We've seen you play marionette how many times now?

What we saw on Thursday is that you can't think on your feet. What we saw on Thursday is somebody who shrank in the presence of a stronger man with stronger convictions and better positions.

Go ahead, George, make your loser speech. America didn't like losers until you arrived on the scene. You'll probably jolt them into regaining their senses.

If this is supposed to be some sort of "open letter to the President", Rex, I
hate to break it to you, but I don't think he's checking out TigerForums to
see what you think. I think he probably has more important things to do than to read the ramblings of a psychotic liberal. Sorry to disappoint.

    Golly, gee...

Look how confident and competent George Bush looks when he's reading somebody else's words and thoughts!

Way to go, Puppet Monkey! You get an A in rote recitation!

Too bad you get an F in thinking on your feet. You don't even have the mental acuity of a pet goat.

His whole "open letter to the President" way of speaking is a bit over the top,
if you ask me. Just a bit too rhetorical and melodramatic.
