havent posted in a while but fishing been good. Haven’t been as much as I’d like between a month long vacation couple weeks at Disney with the whole family and a couple weeks in Mexico with the wife for 10 year anniversary been kinda slowed down. But made a few snapper trips that were all good and even had my daughter catch a 22lber and son an 18lber but they both did good and was funny as hell watching em they to get em off the bottom. Trout fishing been bout the same as always but don’t guess I took any pics of them. Been after the crappie a little bit too and they’ve been fairly cooperative. Crabbing has prob been best year we’ve had in a good while. Went this morning and had 140 with most of those being big No. 1 males. Anyways....few pics...[IMG]

That 22 pounder looks as big as your little girl. Did you have to "help" her reel it in?

Nope. Fish bit with rod in rod holder all I did was hand it to her from there. She fought it to the top and the boy netted it for her. I did have to help him bring it over the side though couldn’t quit get it over.

Sure. Generally butcher one 2 year old cow a year and I do actually pay a real butcher to cut it up for me once I have it split in half. Haven’t quit figured out all the cuts and for $50 a cow I don’t intend to.

I should have known cows were in the pasture. Are there chickens in the barn? :D

They just kinda go where they want. They have a coop but I don’t lock em in and most of those goofy things seem to prefer to nest in an old set of chest of drawers in the hayloft.
