Re: CBS Going Prime Time!!! Plus Arkansas Game No Longer On Friday!!!! I'm hoping that they want games to be finished by that weekend and not necessarily on Saturday. Because if the latter is true it sounds like LSU-Arkansas isn't even going to be on CBS.

LSU-Ark had quite the nice little niche going with the game being then. I guess the one positive is it's on Saturday, I'll be able to actually attend that game on years it at Tiger Stadium.

Re: CBS Going Prime Time!!! Plus Arkansas Game No Longer On Friday!!!! Just because it's not on CBS doesn't mean no TV. There is still ESPN, ESPN2 and LF. More times than not the LSU/AK game has SEC championship implications. I'm pretty sure it would be picked up by someone.

Well I hope so but it looks like this new SEC rule starting this season says all SEC teams seasons must end on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. So the only way we could play on a Friday against Arkansas would be to remove it from being our last game of the season but then it wouldnt be around Thanksgiving.

But I believe the poitn was that UA/AU had to move their game to that weekend instead of giving themselves an off week and finishing earlier than everyone else.
