1. I think he was asking why that is significant relative to your assesment of their capabilities. Curious, myself.
  2. So what. Would you rather them be all black?:dis:
  3. Lord I hate to open up old wounds, and I know this is a worn out subject, but this wrenches in my gut and I can't get past it. Yes, there is a contract among the major conferences and the BCS. Part of that agreement allows the BCS to use a point system to set up a National Championship game. The PAC-10 and Usucks are part of this agreement. They know they didn't participate in the 2003 NC game, so why does Usucks and the sports media keep talking about a threepeat.
I'll be pulling for anybody that plays them in Pasadena and maybe with a little luck they don't make it to the Rose Bowl.
  4. I feel the same way.

2 years ago, Carroll and USC were lobbying REAL hard for that AP crown... Last season, after the blow out win over OU, a reporter on the field asked him what were his thoughts about Auburn, and inquired as to if he thought they should be voted as AP national champs just like USC was the year before. His response got my blood boiling when he said, "Well, it's a system that we all agreed upon..." :angryfire

Now, I don't like Texas all that much...but I absolutely HATE USC.....
  5. I am not for either team winning, and personnly hope they decimate each other. But I can tolerate USC talking 3-peat crap alot easier than all the UT people and the crap they will spew for years to come.
  6. I will never ever pull for USC to win anything. Not that i ever have but the way Petey Boy has handled himself i despise USC more than any other team in the country.

If it is USC Texas then i will be rooting for the choke artist Longhorns even though i know it is futile.

I mean come on. They have Mack Brown as their coach.

But i still would have to pull for them.

Miami is not as good as their ranking. Penn St is more qualified than Miami to be there in my opinion.

It is USC,Texas,LSU , Penn ST, Miami.

If Texas falters by chance and LSU wins out I would love a USC LSU game.

But i think our chances were better in 03 of beating them than this year. But hey LSU at 11-1 versus a 12-0 USC.

    Anything is possible.

A long way to go yet though.

I am trying to just focus on Ole Miss. This is the SEC and you better be ready every single game.
