Oh wow. I had not heard about the accident. Sounds like it squashed him up pretty good. Isn't this the guy that nearly decapitated Joe Adams near the goal line in the 2009 game in BR? Yeesh. I can still hear the resounding echo from that hit. I'd like to see this guy defy the odds and make a return. Going to be tough.
cj was the guy. the dreadlocks of doom. and a pretty damned good pitcher! one of my favorite pics from tailgating this season was me with chad jones when he was the grand marshall of the homecoming parade. i squealed like a little girl over it. for days. the guy is one of my hero's just for his sheer determination to overcome some pretty big odds. he has the heart of a tiger.
