    I don't believe that Manning and McAllister played together.

    To answer your question about JV and Caddy. My whole point was that I personally think our O-line made JV look that much better and therefor I don't think it was so much of a matter of JV being a "dominant back". Watching the two run, I would go with Caddy.

    When I think of dominant backs, JV just doesn't fit the bill. I think of backs like Ricky Williams, Hershal Walker, Bo Jackson, Ronnie Brown......

    JV is just too small to be considered a dominant back IMHO.

    IMO, one of the best running QBs was John Bond of Miss. State who never lost to LSU: 6,901- John Bond, Miss. State (2,280 rushing, 4,621 passing) 1980-83

    I know they were on the same team, but did Manning actually hand the ball to Deuce?
