I hope this isn't true. It's a small point, but while I realize that 18 is still a "teen," it makes the headline even more sensational by saying he's accused of raping a teen. She is technically/legally an adult. Let's not make him sound like a Sandusky, too.
he sure ain't a man A man can talk a lady off her feet. At 18 she is a woman , but rape is still rape !! He ain't a man that is a fact .
Is an accusation all that it takes to get arrested? This is an honest question. Seems like they would need something just a little more concrete than someone's wors.
Actually that is all that is technically needed. I accusation w/ positive ID amd willingness to press charges. They will arrest then let the evidence sort it out.
