The saints defense isn't any different from 09, probably more deep now to be honest, and just less lucky. The only big thing in 09 was turnovers. To be honest its our O that dropped last year, and is playing much better this year. Much more like the 09 season, and that is why the D looks better this year. I think we will go far in the playoffs, and if we have a few bounces our way we beat the packers for another super bowl appearance, I am hoping against the patriots this time. Yes they give up points, yards, and big plays... But they also get that key turnover and a few stops here and there, and that is all Drew and the O need. I think the D has improved enough since the first game to be greenbay imo.
It's just conversation son. I don't get people like you who go out of their way to add nothing to a topic! Keep up the fantastic replies we love reading what you have to say--->:rolleye33:
Looking forward to NE and Denver in two weeks! Can the greatest D minded coach of our time stop Tbow? Billacheck is in trouble! The saints don't have one probowl player on D. If I'm the saints I clean house starting with GW and draft nothing but D for the next three years. Wouldn't mind seeing a few LSU guys on the team like Mo and Mingo!!!
Chavis might have a "smidgen" more resources at LSU than he would with the Saints. Check that, he will more than likely have a "colossally exponentially" greater resource of players with LSU than the Saints, IMHO of course. :geauxtige Saintslogo
Well, this may actually be a premonition. Gregg Williams is buds with Jeff Fisher and it's rumored that he is going to join him in St. Louis. Saints still can't have Chevis. Report: Gregg Williams leaving Saints - NFL Nation Blog - ESPN
