ESPN reporting that he has had his spleen removed. Although I've never liked him as a player, my prayers certainly go out to him.

Pretty tough to finish the game with a ruptured spleen.

 

I feel sorry for Chris, pretty sad really.
Football is weird, you have QB's and other players that play for years and nothing like that ever happens to them.
Just one of those unfortunate things...
