I actually think it's growing pains on the coaches and the AD's getting used to playing big boy football. Just think of all the violations the big dogs have had over the years. Oregon's new to the party. So far, Oregon's issues pale in comparison to some of the big dogs back in the day.
Shoot, just what's going on at "The U" right now shows you just how elementary Oregon's issues are right now.

Oregon's not a mid-major. Plain and simple. Mid Majors don't get the $$ that Oregon gets.
They play in the PAC-10 (a BCS conference), and have been an automatic qualifier in 3 BCS bowls.
The PAC-10 has won more championships in athletics than any other conference.
