Coaches' Buyout clauses

I read yet another current article saying Miles' contract had the higher buyout for Michigan. Is it still in there or not?

I've read 3 articles this morning that all say Miles will pay a $1.5 million buyout if he leaves for UM.

Here's an excerpt from the Shreveport Times written by our favorite reporter Glen Dilldeaux:

They reference the contract agreement dated Jan. 21, 2005 but my fading memory tells me that his contract has been updated since then. Can someone confirm?
