    Coach Saban's first loss was to UAB.

    In 2001 LSU lost to Ole Miss. You guys wanted to fire him then.

    Get a grip.

    Tons of talent. Lots of it being wasted. Talent levels not even comparable to that of 2000/2001.

    Poor game time coaching decisions. No defensive adjustments in the 4th quarter. Wideouts who have not been made to hold on to the ball. A QB who wasn't told by his head coach to down the ball just before half in case he didn't get out of bounds.

    I hate Fat Fhuck Fulmer to no end, but he easily outcoached Miles, by a few miles.

    Les is Less.

    An SAT style analogy.
    LSU 2000 : UAB 2000 :: LSU 2005 : UT 2005

    Players have to play. Coaches have to coach. Fans have to cheer.

    If all the spokes are off the wheel, is there a wheel?

    Actually we have very shiny chrome spokes, but the ball bearings are rusted so the wheel can't turn effectively.

    Fans have to have something to cheer about

    The opposition having control of the ball with a chance to win the game isn't enough? I didn't realise we'd become so complacent that "tv timeouts" are now being refered to as "lets take a nap" timeouts.

    It seems to me the fans did their part on an extremely hot and humid night in Tiger Stadium. The team (as a whole, coaches included) failed to do their part in the second half.

    I was there. It was hot and humid during the day against Georgia in 2003. LSU fans had their heart in it. It was hot and humid the night LSU played UGA in 1998, LSU fans had their heart in it.

    I was there. I felt no passion around me the second half. I was cursed for standing during Tennessee's final possession. People left in droves before the game was over.

    You did not hear it from me. Those loses happened during the rebuilding phase, and this team is far from rebuilding, it is primed for a nc and that is why some like myself are upset. Miles is obviously lost.
