Is it just me, or did the commentating suck for Bama and Arkansas. Every big LSU play was downplayed and Arkansas' mediocre plays were "up"played. When JaMarcus fell on a draw...." Russell was upended!" What? he fell. All of this were by Spencer Tillman. SO I did research and what did I find? He played for Oklahoma. Unreal, get over it, we won the game in 2003 fair and square. :hihi:
After the interference call agaisnt ARK., I had to turn the volume off, the announcers were so blatantly for the Hogs it was enough to make me sick. Bad commentary all the way.
trust me, it was definetly noticed.... very biased.... then after Oliver had that last sack, they BOTH fell SILENT. that shows you right there...
i dont think they were biased, they just suck. crappy commentators will miss many important and interesting points. theyll also get several things wrong. i can remember them praising at one time or another- JR, skyler, addai, brazell, vaughn, wroten, williams.
My favorite was right after Landry's INT to end the game all Tillman could come up with was "Dick did a great job avoiding pressure."
ole Spencer is still better about OU losing the BCS championship game two years in a row........:thumb:
