  2. OK, that's it. No more show and tell.
  3. You're probably right, but there's not enough information there to draw that conclusion for definite. It could be parental negligence or maybe the kid doesn't have parents.

Maybe he didn't even get it from home...
  4. He has someone responsible for him. He doesn't live at the zoo.
  5. I am absolutly pro gun. My .357 is next to my bed locked on a pistol safe. It is stupid to have a pistol where a six year old can get to it. People like the parents that allowed this child access to a handgun gives liberals ammunition to fight aginst legal gun ownership. The parents should be held responsible for criminal neglect.
  6. its possible the 6 yr old was the man of the house.
  7. unfortunately, that could be true. but whoever the "adult" was in that house, and i may be using that word loosely, was negligent as hell.

btw, remind me never to piss off any six-year-olds!
  8. I'm worry a bit when friends and neighbors bring young kids over because I know that my house is not kidproofed. My last girlfriend with young kids made me move my guns and liquor to secure areas and practically every toxic cleaner in the house went out to the locked garage. But that was 10 years ago. Right now there is a shotgun in the corner behind the coat rack, a bottle of whisky on the kitchen counter than any 7-year old with a brain can get to, and enough lysol in the bathroom cabinet to kill a busload of curious toddlers.
  9. Did Red just say he was lonely?
