    100% disk on task manager. Wtf?

    id just run a windows refresh as it leaves your files intact. better than narrowing it down if you cant identify it in task manager.

    It's a systems thing that's using the disk.

    System and service host network service

    try this : settings, system, notifications, and turning off "show me tips about Windows."

    if no bueno just refresh/reset below:

    start menu > settings > update & security > recovery >reset this pc > get started > keep my files.
