How did the field look Saturday night? Did the maintenance crew do a good job getting it back in good shape after all the rain in the opener? Will it be good for Saturday's game?
I was not on the field, maybe someone will respond who was, but from the stands I thought the field looked pretty good. There were no obvious muddy or bare spots, and there did not seem to be a lot of slipping around.
I had a radio and before the game even started Jordy Hultberg said the field had some spots that looked like he had been swinging his 9 iron.
