Best cornbread I ever had was at Founding Farmers in Foggy Bottom. I can't find the recipe online but it is in their cookbook and I gave that to a friend of mine as a gift so I'ma try to get her to send me the recipe.

Awesome, thank you. I know I'm from Cali and all but I wasn't born without taste buds. This is the shit, right here. Although I would note that this recipe is obviously, without the cast-iron skillet and the blogger chef made a few other changes as well. So, it looks close but it's not the exact recipe.
