Jiffy corn bread with added butter and buttermilk with a little sugar in a bowl of milk does it for me

We ate some Mexican one last night. Tasted the shit but I choked it down to avoid hurting the baby momas feelings.

What recipe did you use? Typically egg keeps things from being too crumbly and can act as a binder.
