Thank you Kyle. That's why I was asking in the first place. Another example of being FOS. Your IP address doesn't change. However, when you use a VPN the server and sites read the IP as the one from the VPN, not your home address. Hence, private network. If the server here is reading the same IP from his home and where he claims to be...he's lying. No if's, and's, or but's about the fact he's lying.
I haven't a clue what he thinks most of the time. It's certainly not something I'm going to think about either.
