I'm not saying this wouldn't or couldn't happen, but Nick is notorious for making his assistants know who is the boss, by bitching them out and making them feel like dirt. See: Applewhite leaving and gary is the most laid back guy you'll ever find. I couldn't see that working at all. If it were up to Crowton, he'd be in the huddle with the kids drawing up all of the plays in the dirt.
