Do any of you guys "get" Dan Le Batard? I got satty radio to avoid the pitifully lame, local sports talk show on the local ESPN affiliate on my drive home from school, and end up with this moron. Its been several months. Hoped the show would "grow" on me. Now its like a bad rash...can't go away soon enough. Maybe its me, probably its me, but are you shitting me? And StuGotz?
I'm no fan of his show either. Too bad because he has some good takes. I usually switch to 91 and the college football shows.
its a sideshow but he seems like a good dude. i dont care for it but will watch it if nothings on when they replay it. i used to call him dan lebretard bc he was much more obnoxious as a guest on others shows.
Living in south Florida for 6 years, I listened to his show a lot. I really like his show. I just love how he calls out the absurd for what it is. I agree with his takes most often. The show had the President of the Marlins on every day for one of their segments. That didn't phase Dan from shitting on the organization when he saw fit. Some of the interviews were a bit uncomfortable. Good radio.
I just love how no one ever points out that his last name literally translates to "the bastard". I mean, how did that happen. Was one of his ancestors john snow or something. As for his show, its okay. Not great.
