On a beautiful Friday why not.

Came across Cypress Kriek by Abita.

It's a sour with some cherry. Very interesting. Not terrible but I'm not sure that I like it. Went with a Destihl instead.

Never fruit the beer. Man law.

 

I saw some pineapple flavored beer in the store beer cave the other day. I didn't buy it.

 

I agree, I'm definitely a no fruit in the beer guy.

Now going play golf

 

I drank a Belgian sour ale once. I couldn't even finish the bottle.

I'm from New Orleans...plenty of both around here. Lol

 

I don't think I've ever had a sour before. Definitely unique. I only had a taste, maybe an ounce or so.

Oh and I didn't get to play golf. The fun sponge stepped in and gaffled up my plan. God I hate her
