Defensive stat

    LSU's defense has twice as many sacks through 2 games this year, than they had through their first 7 games last season.

    I love this defense. Drake Nevis is proving that he should be mentioned in that long list of great LSU DT's.

    Geaux Tigers, I think this defense is finally back to being what we are used to seeing from the LSU Tigers.

    And 21 tackles for loss in two games. Impressive unit! The front 7 is tight...and deep.

    When I saw the thread topic I thought it might be something about sacks. We haven't gotten decent pressure on the QB since '07, nice to have that weapon back.

    We just seem to have speed across the board on defense, even from the DT's.
