    What did you eat last night. Ideally, what did you cook last night?

    Catfish breaded with a little flour/cornmeal and chopped pecans. Pan fried. Steamed green beans and jasmine rice with a little Arugula mixed in. Pretty damned tasty.

    Two homemade cheeseburgers cooked in a skillet in their own fat. 80% fat free ground chuck.Washed down with a large glass of chocolate milk- whole milk with Hershey's chocolate syrup.

    80/20 is the only way to go. I haven't been able to eat 2 burgers since college.

    I don't usually eat 2 but I wanted to use up the rest of the hamburger meat. I could have made a hamburger steak but I wanted to use the buns before they got stale.

    That taco soup sounds good. It's cold out today. I think I might make that. I already have cornbread that I made 2 nights ago.
