1. Agreed. We're talking about 18-22 year olds, mostly. At times it seemed to be just way too much for the senses.
  2. Miles has a history of "showing the book on how to deal with an opponent".

See Peach Bowl, Georgia Tech, option-attack.
  3. This was a very composed team we saw this week. They were very well prepared. Knew there assignments in all situations. Never seemed to be flustered by anything. Great preparation by the team and the coaches. I hope to see this throughout the season.

Very refreshing. They never had me feeling anxious. Which they usually have in the past.
  4. No telling how much of a factor it was but about the second day after the Shady's news broke I suddenly stopped being depressed about it and starting thinking the adversity might bring the team together and focus them in a way nothing else could have.

Who could we let get arrested the week before bama?
    1 person likes this.
  5. Neither of our QBs were smart enough to run Crowton's complex offense.

Stud's dumbed down offense is perfect for Lee (and JJ should he return).
  6. Many of the same plays, like I said before the season. Didn't need a major overhaul.
