Very much. I think he's all class. There are obviously many things we don't agree on but same can be said with some of my friends IRL. Doesn't mean I can't "like" them. And I did catch the sarcasm so no worries.
I agree this would be the most effective step. Taking away the carrot gives them no reason to come. As long as there is incentive you are just plugging holes in an ever eroding dam.
I agree with this. I don't always agree with Van but I like to hear what he has to say - and sometimes I do agree with him. He always says something I'm glad I listened to.
There is no one on that list I want to emulate - in any way. And I accept that you didn't mean that; but I'm just saying. Not a good list.
