  1. A La based company based in Madisonville that makes and sells Cajun based products. My wife picked up the chicken & smoked sausage gumbo and I had it for lunch. Damn good.

    Here's a link to their web site. I'm going to go to the store where my wife bought it and see what else they have.

  4. They sell their products in supermarkets in CO. I don't know if they have a "store".
