1. So we have a movie thread, a music thread, a tv show thread, how about documentaries.

What are some docs you recently watched? Any older good ones that people need to see?

I just watched one called The Seven Five on Netflix about crooked cops in the 80's and early 90's in New York's infamous 75th precinct. If you enjoyed Cocaine Cowboys you'll probably enjoy this one.
  2. Was thinking about watching Cocaine Cowboys. Is it any good?
  3. I watched Hip Hop Evolution on Netflix the other day, 4 part series and while I'm not a huge hip hop fan it was a really great watch. Good stuff for you rappers out there that want to know your history
  4. Who are you? How did you hack shane's account? Is that you tiga?

  5. I've listened to it before, especially some of the older stuff that they were talking about. It used to not be so intolerable like it is today. Either way it is interesting to see where it all came from and how it started. I can assure you not many on this board will even be close unless they watched it.
  6. The first one is good, 2nd is meh, haven't seen reloaded.

  7. I recently added CuriosityStream to my roku. 5 bucks per month for HD and all documentaries with no commercials. I don't watch TV. There is simply nothing on that interests me anymore. Except for docs. And there aren't many to watch on regular cable anymore. CuriosityStream is pretty awesome. Check it out if you like docs. :)

  9. @LaSalleAve I am loving it so far, now that I've had it for about a week and have watched quite a few shows on there, I find it well worth 5 bucks per month to keep it. You can also get a plan that is only 3 bucks (I think) which is non-HD. There were 3 different plans. Can't remember the price of the 3rd one but it was 4k compatible, which I don't have anyway. I like just about any documentary. I come home for lunch for about 1 hour each day during the week (I work literally 5 minutes from my house) and I'll just pick one that is about 45 minutes and watch it while I'm eating.
  10. Same here. I've seen most that are mentioned in the thread. Any more recommendations
