know where LSU ranks in Most National Championships won out of all D I Schools. I was lookin on ncaasports.com but im not sure its uptodate and they have LSU as having the 6th most NC's with 40 behind UCLA (97), Stanford (91), USC (84), Oklahoma St. (47), Arkansas (43), LSU (40)
7-10 were Texas (39), Michigan (32), North Carolina (31), and Penn State (30). This was the Top Ten through Winter 2006. Does anyone know what it is up-to-date?

hmm i thought LSU had the most in the SEC? maybe that was the most SEC championships i'm not sure

You probably have to add the football titles to that list since the NCAA doesn't sponsor a football champ.
