1. Seems North Carolina State University thinks no school should be the Wolfpack except them, and has so informed Loyola University in New Orleans:

Loyola New Orleans is asked to stop using 'Wolfpack' | NOLA.com

I graduated from Loyola during the non-intercollegiate athletic era, but even then, the Wolfpack identity was still prominent around campus. I hope LU doesn't give in to this. School spirit and identity is not defined by a trademark.
  2. Wow... because I have often confused the two, this is a must. Screw NC State.
  3. Man, I sure hope we have "tigers" trademarked. Too many D1 tigers!
  4. Nevada Reno has the Wolf Pack but it's with 2 words. I'm not sure if they have that trademarked, but maybe that's what NC State wants them to do, switch to 2 words.
  5. Screw the attorneys for NC State.
  6. f*ck nc state.

    arrogant mf'ers.:rolleye33:
  7. Wow. This is funny to me. Phucking retards have nothing better to spend their time and money on than to ask another college to remove their mascot name. What makes your ****ty university so special? East coast idiots. What a bunch of jackasses. I hope they all get gonorrhea in the mouth.

  8. Heck, I bet they sue 'The Hangover' producers.

  9. Wouldn't surprise me! Maybe they'll go after all the high schools and anyone else with the name Wolfpack...
