I saw it last night and didn't have a problem with it either. The problem is that I have used the one and only coupon for being on the same side of an issue with the likes of you so now I have to jump to the other side.
I have no problem with what she said in general, but her point just did not make sense. She is a nasty old bitty.

she said "nice chigger" about a dozen times (to a black caller). strangely, the word was always said as a quote and not actually in reference to anyone. she is a crusty old b though.
I think she was trying to make the point that instead of focusing on the word, the caller should have been focusing on the intent. Good point, but not one that works for the politically correct crowd.
I'm sorry, I'm still confused. I'm going to need someone to say the actual word she said. No wordplay.
